The Storm Cup, a golf tournament that benefits student athletes at Napa Valley College, is Monday, August 19, at Napa Valley Country Club.
The second annual Storm Cup is sponsored by the Napa Valley College Foundation.
The driving range opens at 10:45 a.m.
The tournament has a 12 p.m. shotgun start. Lunch is included.
Pizza and wine will be served during a reception, starting at 4 p.m. by the pool at Napa Valley Country Club. There is also a raffle.
Foursomes are welcome to enter, as well as individuals. All ability levels are welcome. All event proceeds will benefit NVC student athletes.
According to the Napa Valley College Foundation, registration is open for: * Foundation sponsor, $10,000. This is for two VIP golf foursomes (eight golfers), sponsorship, forecaddies, valet service, Storm Cup logo wear, lunch, and recognition on event website and print materials. * Eagle sponsor, $5,000. This is for one VIP golf foursome (four golfers), sponsorship, forecaddie, valet service, Storm Cup logo wear, lunch and recognition on event website and print materials. * Birdie sponsor, $2,500. This is for one VIP golf foursome (four golfers), forecaddie, Storm Cup logo wear, and recognition on event website and print materials. * Hospitality sponsor, $1,000. This is for an underwriter for course food and beverage stations with donor recognition. * Cart sponsor, $500. This is for signage on golf carts and donor recognition. * Tee sponsor, $250. This is for signage at a hole and donor recognition. * Golf foursome, $1,120. This is for four golfers with lunch included. * Individual golfer, $280. This is for one golfer. * Reception only, $40 per person.
